Melania Antuchas returns to OURS
Melania Antuchas is one of the best-known mat and sculpt teachers working today. Anyone who has been on a mat in her room knows why: she holds a room without raising her voice, and she sees what a body needs within seconds.
In Austria she teaches exclusively with us. From 3 to 7 November she brings her teacher training to OURS on Kärntner Ring — five days for two groups: teachers who want to sharpen their craft, and everyone who wants to become one. Small group, plenty of hands-on, and everything she has taken from thousands of classes.
